Mix until well blended and pour less than 1/4 cupfuls onto a hot skillet or griddle. Cook until edges are dry (90 seconds) and flip for another 90 seconds. From there, top with frosting as desired and enjoy! The complete pancake mix makes sixteen 3 1/2" pancakes.
